NOTICE of ASSESSMENT INCREASE

To continue providing essential maintenance, Reclamation District 150 must adjust its resources. Due to inflation, as measured by the annual Consumer Price Index for our region, the annual landowner assessment fee will increase by 2.8% this year. This will provide an additional $6284.20 annually to help offset rising costs in levee maintenance, engineering, and legal services. The Board carefully considered this decision and determined it was necessary to maintain the District's long-term financial health.

This information is to be included in the annual landowner letter that will be sent out this Fall as well as included in your property tax bill for FY2025-26.
